It has perfect and incredible setting in the center of town. Very friendly and amicable staff knows how to make your stay very enjoyable.
The bathroom here is quite small.

Truly enjoyed pretty much everything, no reason to complain. It had a brilliant and super setting adjacent to the '' newly refurbished Cunard '' and Douglad bay and the Sea. In fact, it was located close to shops & restaurants. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were available here.

This venue is perfectly located very close to the port within walking distance, making it a great place to stay with excellent and friendly staff.

We asked for hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows, everything was fulfilled. Large bar was available. Free parking was available, the staff was really helpful and accommodating. Although the area seemed to be not welcoming, it was close to the ferry which docked quite late in the evening, the seafront and promenade, and Right in the heart of Douglas so great for the shops.
Tbh, the room was not clean.
